operations. The manual system was produced in-house by Avitech International and presented to the FAA. The certificate was awarded by the FAA to United Airlines for FAR part 121 Certification.

Vice President of the Western Region of the United States for TWA. The accountable manager to ensure that FAA regulations were complied with.

Civil Aviation Authority-Kyrgyzstan for Boeing
Conducted an audit of the airline operation and facilities for the purpose of reporting their ability to operate the
Boeing 757 aircraft.
Civil Aviation Authority- United Arab Emirates-Royal Jet Airlines
A partnership between Amiri Flight and Abu Dhabi Aviation in the United Arab Emirates. The requirements for certification of a new VIP charter airline using an electronic document system for presentation to the DGAC of the United Arab Emirates. The manual system was accepted and approved and an AOC was issued.
Civil Directorate Civil Aviation- Mozambique
Created a complete manual system for the transition from category two to Category one for Mozambique’s Directorate
of Civil Aviation.
Civil Aviation of Brazil (ANAC) for Boeing
Provided the bridging and transition documentation for the transfer of Varig MD-11 aircraft to Tam for interim operation until they receive the 777 aircraft that TAM had on order.

FAA part 121 passenger airline operating DHC-300 aircraft on floats. Stabilized the workforce, completed an aircraft refurbishment project and placed the refurbished aircraft on the Operational Specifications.
Upgraded the Corrosion Control program to improve reliability and increased time in-service between overhauls.
Hired new OPSPEC personnel (Director of Operations and Chief Pilot); hired and trained additional

Part 135 scheduled and on-demand charter operating Cessna Caravan amphibian aircraft.
Established an operational, maintenance, management and compliance (FAA, DOT, NPS) models for a fleet of four commercially operated amphibious seaplanes from several seaplane operations water locations in the Southeast USA and Caribbean Basins (international Ops) to prepare the airline for expansion and growth.
